My name is Marta Fiećko-Zawadzka, I am an English, German and Spanish teacher, teacher trainer, owner of New Effect Language School in Warsaw. I strongly support the "no school book'' policy during my lessons, using innovative and creative ideas as well as modern technologies. Contact with people and languages is something that brings me a great deal of joy and pleasure. During my lessons I focus on the students' needs and interests so that I can teach a language in the most attractive and also the most EFFECTive way. I have always seen myself as a passionate individual whose destiny was to become a teacher. Proof? I was born on Teacher's Day!

Empowering Alpha minds through inspiring and effective teaching methods

The Alpha generation is known to be the most familiar with technology that surrounds us. However, let's not forget that these kids still have their hobbies and interests like any other generation used to during their childhood. When it comes to teaching these young minds nowadays, it is crucial to make the lessons interesting and inspiring for them. During my session I will provide you with practical and effective ideas and ready-to-use solutions on:
- how to teach the Alpha minds a foreign language
- motivate them to speak
- make them actually ENJOY their time spent with you in the classroom
