My name is Marta Fiećko-Zawadzka, I teach English, German and Spanish, I am a teacher trainer, owner of New Effect Language School in Warsaw. I strongly support the "no school book'' policy during my lessons, using innovative and creative ideas as well as modern technologies. Contact with people and languages is something that brings me a great deal of joy and pleasure. During my lessons I focus on the students' needs and interests so that I can teach a language in the most attractive and also the most EFFECTive way. I have always seen myself as a passionate individual whose destiny was to become a teacher. Proof? I was born on Teacher's Day!

In today's world everyone is constantly surrounded by the Internet, social media and a great deal of information which we simply cannot process. As a result, our ability to focus and memorize decreases, we find ourselves easily distracted and forgetful. Unfortunately, our students also suffer from these negative effects of technological advancements and fast-paced lifestyle.
