Jako trener prowadził szkolenia podczas wielu konferencji i seminariów poświęconych nauczaniu języka angielskiego w większości krajów europejskich, jak również w Azji i Ameryce Południowej. Creating an optimal learning environment in a FL classroom

In this session, I will explore practical ideas to creating and sustaining an optimal learning environment in the context of teaching foreign languages to teenage and young adult learners. Conceived as a safe, supportive, and engaging space, such an environment places learning-centredness at its core. Its primary aims are to maximise students’ potential through active and meaningful engagement, nurture curiosity, establish consistent and reassuring routines, and cultivate a positive, supportive classroom culture. Adopting a practical perspective, the session will translate these principles into concrete strategies and ready-to-use solutions. Participants will leave with adaptable tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately, with little to no modification, in their own teaching contexts
